Travel within New Jersey, Philadelphia, the Main Line, and Northern Delaware is included in your investment. For New York City, a flat $100 travel fee applies.

For destinations requiring airfare or overnight accommodations, travel expenses are thoughtfully quoted and tailored to your collection. If you are planning a celebration beyond these regions—or would like to view my current travel "bucket list"—I am always happy to discuss a custom proposal.

Yes! I absolutely assist with timeline planning as it relates to photography and how it integrates into your day. I’ll guide you on when to schedule portraits, how much time to allow for family photos, when light is most flattering, and how to structure moments so they feel natural rather than rushed.

While I support the flow from a photographic perspective, I do not coordinate the event itself. While not mandatory, I love working alongside professional planners and coordinators. Their expertise allows everything to run seamlessly, while I remain fully present with you, documenting your day with intention and focus.

Portrait session galleries are delivered within 3–4 weeks.

Wedding collections are delivered within 6–8 weeks. 

Whether a Session or Wedding, each gallery is carefully reviewed and artfully refined to ensure every image reflects the atmosphere, emotion, and aesthetic of your day. The editing process is never rushed. It is curated with the same level of intention and care that defines the experience itself.

Once we’ve confirmed availability and have a connection call, you’ll receive a customized proposal outlining your collection, agreement, and retainer.

Your date is officially secured once the agreement is signed and the retainer is received. From there, your celebration is thoughtfully reserved on my calendar, and we begin the process of planning your experience with intention and care.

For weddings requiring extended travel, a travel stipend, airfare, and lodging will be incorporated into your collection to ensure a seamless experience from start to finish.

While I do not include heirloom albums within my standard collections at this time, each wedding package includes a $100 credit that may be applied toward fine art prints or used toward designing a custom album together.

If you choose to create an album, I guide you through a collaborative design process to ensure it feels cohesive, refined, and true to your story. Whether you select prints or an album, the goal is to preserve your images in a meaningful, tangible way beyond the digital gallery.

Yes! Every wedding collection includes a second photographer. This allows for layered storytelling, multiple perspectives, and seamless coverage throughout your day. It also provides built-in image security and ensures moments are captured from more than one angle, without interruption.
